Enoteca Regionale Lucana

It is not a winery but a regional wine shop («enoteca»): the place to discover the wines of the area all in one spot.

It is housed inside Pirro del Balzo Castle and brings together seventeen wineries from Basilicata, including the leading ones of the Vulture.

If you are short of time it is the most efficient option: instead of travelling between wineries scattered across the countryside, you can taste in one place — and inside the town’s most important monument. It was also one of the venues of Venosa’s events for the opening of Vulture Città Italiana del Vino 2026.
